1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using QuickStart Exams (quickstartexams.com), operated by Carlsen Properties LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

QuickStart Exams provides AI-powered exam preparation tools, including practice quizzes, readiness scoring, AI-generated study explanations, and personalized study plans for various professional and academic certification exams.
3. License to Use
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the QuickStart Exams study materials for your purchased exam(s) for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.
This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Share your account credentials with any other person
- Allow multiple individuals to use a single account
- Copy, redistribute, or republish any exam questions, answers, or AI-generated explanations
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content from the platform
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
4. Account Registration
To access purchased content, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
5. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, though any price changes will not affect existing purchases.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting our support team.
Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be honored. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use QuickStart Exams to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Share, resell, or distribute account access or content
- Scrape, harvest, or programmatically extract questions, answers, or other content
- Attempt to circumvent any security features or access restrictions
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Abuse the AI chatbot or explanation features (e.g., excessive automated requests)
- Impersonate another person or entity
8. Intellectual Property
All content on QuickStart Exams — including but not limited to exam questions, answer explanations, AI-generated content, study plans, graphics, and software — is the property of Carlsen Properties LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a license to use the content, not to own it. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
QuickStart Exams uses artificial intelligence to generate study explanations and chatbot responses. While we strive for accuracy:
- AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes only
- It should not be considered a substitute for official study materials, professional advice, or authoritative exam guides
- We do not guarantee that AI explanations are error-free
- We are not responsible for exam outcomes
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- QuickStart Exams and Carlsen Properties LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Carlsen Properties LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion:
- Violates these Terms of Service
- Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
- Constitutes fraud or abuse of the platform
Upon termination for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund. If we terminate your account without cause during your active access period, we will provide a pro-rated refund.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of QuickStart Exams after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., via email or a notice on the site).
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Carlsen Properties LLC regarding your use of QuickStart Exams.
